When uploading your medical records - please provide the EXPIRATION date of your vaccinations. The date you received your vaccination would typically cause the vaccines to show as Expired.
Our Dog Park is ONLY located at our Chandler facility - 3050 S. Gilbert Rd. Chandler, AZ 85286
Our Tempe site does NOT have an Indoor Park - Daycare and Boarding only.
Meet & Greets are NOT required for Indoor Dog Park, however Mak Pack staff reserves the right to remove a dog from the park based on behavior.
Meet & Greets are required prior to Daycare and Boarding services. If your dog has participated in Daycare or Boarding within the last 90 days, Meet and Greet can be waived.
